About
I feel very lucky because I love what I do and I had the good fortune of training under an inspirational master electrician for fifteen years before starting my own company. Not only did I have broad exposure to a variety of electrical problems, but also I was steeped in the culture of “pretend it’s your house and your family and deliver competent service in the most respectful way”. At Ossie Electric, we go one step further and treat your house like a castle. Our work is guaranteed.
Before we start a job, we do a complete assessment to evaluate the homeowner’s issues and we troubleshoot for any related, but possibly latent problems. No job is too small – from LED lighting to extensive additions or renovations.

When starting a job, we lay drop cloth on the floors and wear booties over our shoes to protect your home. As we are performing a job, we thoroughly clean up our workspace daily. When we finish a job, we review what was performed and educate our customers as to what we did, why we did it, and the best way to maintain our work.
Just like I was exposed to a strong work culture, I feel the same amount of responsibility to screen and train my staff to the highest level of commitment to customer service. My crew is comprised of experienced electricians who appreciate that customer and service are joined together for a reason.
Our appreciation of customers is matched only by our focus on continuing education. Since electrical appliances and standards are constantly evolving, we stay current and try to anticipate issues to better serve our clients.
Below is a list of a variety of jobs we have performed recently:
- Electrical panels upgrades
- Wiring Internet, voice and data systems

- Supporting high energy draw systems such as HVAC or generators
- Fitting Vehicle Chargers in garages or elsewhere

- Sundry jobs such as ceiling or attic fans, chandeliers, dimmers, meters, etc.
The sooner you advise us of a pending project, the better since planning can be more careful. However, we take on urgent projects, including those of an emergency nature. You may have a working knowledge of electricity or be able to do minor tasks yourself. But be careful because you may be shocked by what you don’t know. Electrical work is not a hobby. Property damage caused by poor electrical jobs approach $1.5 billion per year. The safe operating of your home’s electricity protects your family, your property and your neighborhood. Ossie Electric serves residential and commercial customers throughout Westchester and Putnam County.
